Arrival in Bangkok. Assistance from the LEVA-ME tour leader and a local guide. Private transfer from the airport to the hotel. Check-in at the hotel and free time until late afternoon. In the afternoon, visit the wonderful statue of the Reclining Buddha—as well as over a thousand other Buddha images—at Wat Pho, one of the largest and oldest temples in Bangkok. Next, we'll visit the magnificent Royal Bangkok Grand Palace, a famous landmark of the city and one of the most beautiful examples of an ancient Thai court. Lose yourself in the palace's beautiful gardens and explore the impressive Wat Phra Kaew. Transfer to Khao San Road. Dinner and free evening to enjoy yourself in Thailand.

In the morning, we'll visit Wat Phra That Doi Suthep – considered the most sacred shrine in northern Thailand. Founded in 1386 under miraculous circumstances, the view from the mountaintop is nothing short of breathtaking. We'll continue our visit to another temple in the city and take a break for lunch. Afterward, we'll head back to the hotel. The afternoon and evening are free.

Check in and free time in one of the most incredible places in the country. Today we'll sleep in floating bungalows in the middle of a lake.

Check in and free time in one of the most beautiful areas of Thailand. We will stay here for 3 days to relax and enjoy the beach, get massages, and recharge our batteries for the return trip to Portugal.

Choose the best spot to lie down and sunbathe... and enjoy a massage right there on the sand. If you know how to haggle, it'll be quite cheap. And why not end the day watching the sunset with a beer in the water? The day is free, so you can spend as long as you want, living in the moment.

Extra Activities:
Depart for a 3.5-hour drive through stunning countryside, with a visit to the Thawan Duchanee Black House Museum, Chiang Rai's Blue Temple, or Wat Rong Seua Ten. Stop for lunch. After lunch, we visit Wat Rong Khun (the White Temple). Between the White Temple, the Black House, and the Blue Temple, Chiang Rai is definitely the city of colorful temples. Return to Chiang Mai in the late afternoon. The activity lasts approximately 11 hours.
The subtle flavors and unique presentation of Thai food have made it one of the most exciting cuisines anywhere in the world. Discover the secrets of Thai cuisine during this half-day cooking course, which includes an introduction to Thai ingredients, as well as the preparation and cooking of traditional Thai dishes, such as a selection of soups, stir-fries, and curries, in this three-course course. Enjoy the dishes you prepared for lunch before returning to your hotel.
Optional Program: Full-day visit to Phi Phi Islands by private boat (1-hour boat ride) and its crystal-clear waters, where you can snorkel (equipment included), and lunch at a 4**** hotel. We visit Bamboo Island, where we'll enjoy the beach for swimming and sunbathing. We take a snorkeling break and then continue to Maya Bay, then Phi Phi Lay to Loh Sama Bay for some diving. We return to the hotel in the late afternoon.

Payment is made by entity and reference (multibanco) in two parts. One of 30% (non-refundable in case of traveler's withdrawal) to secure the reservation, and a second payment of 70% by bank transfer up to 70 days before the start of the tripYou can also choose to pay for the entire trip in one payment. This trip is for people who like to have fun and make friends, regardless of age. We're sure that if you come with a relaxed mindset, you'll have an unforgettable week. It's important to understand that this is an adventure trip, and therefore there are always unexpected events. Traveling in Thailand isn't like going to the Four Seasons in Paris... things can happen, such as encounters with animals you don't have at home, the internet being weak or not working, the air conditioning being broken, the shower water not having as much pressure and heat as yours, the food not being as good as your mom's, etc. But thankfully, everything is different; if it were the same, there wouldn't be any point in leaving home.
Also, unfortunately, we don't promise good weather. Sometimes it rains, the seas are rough, and it's important to be aware that there may be changes to the itinerary, but what would a trip be without adventure?! If you invite a friend to join the tour, it's crucial that you inform them of this information. We don't want a grumpy traveler who's been "dragged" by their friends; this can ruin the fun and relaxed atmosphere of the group.
We will stay in 4-star hotels, in double rooms. If you are traveling alone, you will share a room with another traveler. of the same sex (it is possible that in some situations you may have to stay in a triple room or share a double bed). If you're traveling as a couple or with a friend, you'll have your own private room. We do our best to always accommodate single or double beds as requested, however this may not always be possible.
One of the hotels is Vegan, so eggs are not served at breakfast.
Notice: Although the bungalows in Khao Sok are the best in the park, we want you to be aware that this accommodation and its conditions are a little different from the rest of the trip. It is, however, the best option for experiencing this beautiful place. The hotel has no hot water or mosquito nets (but there aren't many mosquitoes either). The electricity only works via a generator at certain times, so there's not always air conditioning. There's almost no cell phone reception.
It's rarely possible to add an additional single room. If you're interested, please contact us. We'll ask the hotels about availability and the price of the single supplement you'll have to pay, which is usually quite high.
You should only purchase your flights after paying for the tour and confirming with LEVA-ME that your reservation is finalized and after LEVA-ME confirms the trip.
We'll provide recommended flights. The domestic flight from Chiang Mai to Surat Thani must be the same as the rest of the group to benefit from transfers; otherwise, you'll have to pay for your own transportation between the airports and hotels.
Of course, most of our travelers travel alone. It's a trip to meet new people and make friends.
First of all, you will be there throughout the trip with the LEVA-ME trip leader. Then you will spend a week with other travelers, just like you have a common taste for travel, for adventure, for discovery… and who seek new emotions and unforgettable moments with this trip. Our travelers range in age from 20 to 70. We guarantee that the atmosphere is great fun and that you will end the trip with a new group of friends.
We confirm the trip when all the necessary conditions are met, including reaching the minimum number of travelers and finalizing all organizational issues (reservations, transfers, activities, etc.). Confirmation usually occurs several months before the trip, but it can take up to 20 days before the date. Once the trip is confirmed, we will send you an email so you can purchase flights and send us the flight details/schedules. If the trip is canceled for reasons beyond LEVA-ME's control, we will refund the amount paid to LEVA-ME, but we are not responsible for the flights purchased by the traveler.
Extra activities must be booked and paid for up to 70 days before the tour. They cannot be booked or canceled after that date. The Tour Leader may not accompany the extra activities, but you will always have someone responsible for the activity to pick you up and drop you off at your hotel. We no longer organize slide activities and visits to elephant sanctuaries.
All travelers are required to have travel insurance for the duration of the tour. You can purchase this insurance from any insurance company and must send us proof of coverage.
No, as there are travelers departing from various parts of the world, the group's meeting point is at the hotel in Bangkok.
We'll keep track of all participants' flight details and schedules. There's only one transfer from Bangkok airport to the hotel. If you're traveling on another plane and arrive at the same time or earlier than most of the group, you can wait at the airport, and we'll all be on that transfer together. If you arrive later in Bangkok, you'll have to make your own way to the hotel, either by taxi or metro.
