DAY 1 | WINDHOEK

Welcome to Namibia. If you traveled on the recommended flight, you'll have a private transfer from the airport to our hotel in Windhoek.

A day to rest and meet the rest of the group in the comfort of the hotel pool.

Distance traveled: Airport to Windhoek (40 km > +/- 0h45)

Accommodation: 4**** Hotel

DAY 2 | WINDHOEK – SESRIEM

After breakfast, we take a brief morning tour of Windhoek before traveling to Sossusvlei.

Departure for Sesriem. Descend from the highlands to the Namib Desert. Check-in at the lodge and free time to enjoy the lodge and its surroundings. The rest of the day is free to relax by the pool. Dinner at the scheduled time.

Distance traveled: Windhoek / Sesriem (380 km > +/- 06h00)

Accommodation: Lodge

DAY 3 | SESRIEM – SOSSUSVLEI – SESRIEM

Today we wake up very early. After breakfast, we'll depart before dawn to visit Deadvlei and Sossusvlei. The last 5 km will be covered by 4x4 transfer.

Previously inaccessible because it was part of the diamond-mining ban zone, Sossusvlei was opened to the public in 1977. It is a protected park and one of the most visited places in Namibia. Sossusvlei covers over 32,000 square meters of western Namibia. Here, the splendid beauty of the Namib Desert is concentrated. It is one of the oldest deserts in the world, home to giant dunes, some of the most beautiful and tallest in the world, some reaching 300 meters in height. These giant dunes vary in color throughout the day: burnt umber, yellow ochre, cadmium red, vermilion, and Naples yellow.

At its center are the dry lakes of Sossusvlei and Deadvlei, with their famous dead trees. During the summer months, you can see the plain filled with water and, with luck, spot ostriches and oryxes at any time of year. The last 5 km to reach the site can only be reached by 4x4 or on foot.

Visit to the Sesriem Gorge, formed by the Tsauchab River.

The Sesriem Gorge reaches a depth of 30 meters in some spots. The Tsauchab River, which originates in the Naukluft Massif, carved this fault into rock clusters and sand deposits 15 million years old. The gorge offers a pleasant and interesting hike to its narrow end upstream and its wider part downstream. We return to the hotel, with the rest of the afternoon at leisure, dinner included.

Distance traveled: Sesriem / Sossusvlei / Sesriem (+/- 200 km in the day)

Accommodation: Lodge

DAY 4 | SESRIEM – SWAKOPMUND

After breakfast, we head to the Atlantic coast, passing through the Kuiseb River Gorge. This river is crucial because it impedes the progress of the dunes further north.

Arrival in the afternoon in Swakopmund, a small coastal town in Namibia.

Founded in 1892 and the main German port in South West Africa, Swakopmund is often described as being more German than Germany itself! Now a seaside resort, Swakopmund is the capital of the "Skeleton Coast" tourist region. It has many tourist attractions to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The unique combination of German and Namibian influences, colonial-era buildings, and the fresh sea breeze give this popular destination a distinctive character. Upon arrival at the hotel, free time. Dinner is included at the scheduled time.

Distance covered: Sesriem / Swakopmund (350 km > +/- 07h00)

Accommodation: 4**** Hotel

DAY 5 | SWAKOPMUND

Free day to spend at the beach or explore the city at your leisure. You can also choose to sign up for one of our pre-arranged extra activities:

EXTRA ACTIVITY: SANDWICH HARBOR JEEP TOUR:

Sandwich Harbour, where the desert meets the sea. In the afternoon, we set off on a 4x4 excursion. Enjoy an adventure exploring the sea of dunes and the excitement of this unique location. Return to the hotel in the late afternoon. Supplement per person: €130

Distance traveled: Swakopmund / Walvis Bay / Swakopmund (70 km)

Accommodation: 4**** Hotel

DAY 6 | SWAKOPMUND – SPITZKOPPE

After breakfast, we travel this morning towards our next Lodge, passing through the Spitzkoppe massif.

Visit Spitzkoppe with our guide. Spitzkoppe is an imposing granite massif on the desert plains, located south of the Brandberg massif, 180 km northeast of Swakopmund and 51 km west of Usakos. It is one of the "inselbergs" that rises 1,728 meters above the Namib Desert. Its spectacular, pointed hill shape has earned it the nickname "Namibia's Cervin."

After visiting Spitzkoppe, we continue to the lodge. Arrival and check-in. Later, take part in a guided sunset hike around the lodge. Dinner is included at the scheduled time.

Distance covered: Swakopmund / Spitzkoppe (200 km > +/- 03h30)

Accommodation: Lodge

DAY 7 | SPITZKOPPE – ETOSHA PARK

After breakfast, we head towards the town of Outjo and then on to Etosha National Park. We check in at the lodge outside the park. Depending on your arrival time, you'll embark on your first safari in Etosha National Park on our bus.

Etosha National Park, whose name means "great white space," is located in northwestern Namibia and is the largest park in the country. It is one of the country's main attractions, along with the Namib Desert. Here you can observe a wide variety of wildlife, offering one of the most beautiful faunal spectacles in the world. Fauna are attracted to perennial water sources, as well as artificial waterholes.

After the Safari day, return to the hotel, dinner included.

Distance traveled: Spitzkoppe / Etosha (300 km > +/- 04h30)

DAY 8 | ETOSHA PARK

Distance traveled: Etosha Park/Otjiwarongo (+/- 220 km>04h00)

Accommodation: Lodge

DAY 10 | OTIJIWARONGO – WINDHOEK

After breakfast, we'll depart for Windhoek, depending on your arrival time and, if time permits, free time in the city center. Transfer to Windhoek International Airport for your return flight.

We hope you enjoyed this adventure, and we wish you a safe return home! May it not be a farewell, but rather a see you soon! Journey's over.

This trip is for people who like to have fun and make friends, regardless of age. We're sure that if you come with a relaxed mindset, you'll have an unforgettable week. It's important to understand that this is an adventure trip, and therefore there are always unexpected surprises.

We like our travelers to stay in quality hotels, however, situations can happen such as: encounters with animals you don't have at home, the internet being weak or not working, the air conditioning being broken, the shower water not coming out with as much pressure and hot as your shower, the food not being as good as your mother's, etc... but thankfully everything is different, if it were the same it wouldn't be worth leaving home.

Also, unfortunately, we don't promise good weather, sometimes it rains, the sea is rough, and it's important that you're aware that there may be changes to the itinerary, but what would a trip be without adventure?!

If you invite a friend to come on the tour, it is essential that you inform them of this information. What we don't want is a grumpy traveler who has been "dragged" by their friends, this can ruin the fun and relaxed atmosphere of the group.

Namibia is a very inhospitable country, it's a journey that requires many hours on the road, much of it on dirt roads. If this is something that bothers you, it's best to opt for another trip.

We will do most of the trip by 4x2 bus, and at times by 4x4 jeep.

We will be staying in double/twin rooms. If you are traveling alone, you will share a room with another traveler. of the same sex (it is possible that in some situations you may have to stay in a triple room or share a double bed). If you're traveling as a couple or with a friend, you'll have your own private room.

It's rarely possible to add an additional single room. If you're interested, please contact us. We'll ask the hotels about availability and the price of the single supplement you'll have to pay, which is usually quite high.

You should only purchase your flights after paying for the tour and confirming with LEVA-ME that your reservation is finalized and after LEVA-ME confirms the trip.

We will notify registered travelers by email that they can now purchase their flight after reaching the minimum number of registered travelers, which depends on the tour.

There are no direct flights to Namibia, flights usually have a stopover in Luanda or Germany.

First of all, you will be there throughout the trip with the LEVA-ME trip leader. Then you will spend a week with other travelers, just like you have a common taste for travel, for adventure, for discovery… and who seek new emotions and unforgettable moments with this trip. Our travelers range in age from 20 to 70. We guarantee that the atmosphere is great fun and that you will end the trip with a new group of friends.

No, as there are travelers departing from various parts of the world, the group meeting point is at the destination airport or hotel.

We'll keep track of all participants' flight details and schedules. We'll meet you upon arrival at your destination.

Of course you can, but you'll be on your own until we meet at the hotel.

We recommend that you bring a flashlight.

Of course! We don't like tours that have every minute scheduled. Our trip will be quite full, but there will also be plenty of time for you to explore on your own! We'll be the first to encourage you!

That's why we like to give you some time to be alone and enjoy every second your way. That's why some meals are free, so you can go wherever you want. On average, you should spend €150 on meals that aren't included.

All seats are bookable. The maximum number of travelers in a group is 26.
