Arrival in Dubai, transfer to the hotel by private vehicle. Check-in only after 3pm. Free day to enjoy the hotel, swimming pool or explore the entire area surrounding JBR, Marina Dubai and the beach. Welcome dinner included and rest of the night free.

DAY 2 | DUBAI – DEIRA

The morning is for resting, in the afternoon we will start our adventure in Dubai. First we will visit one of the most recent novelties in the country, The Frame, we will go up there and walk on its glass floor to have a first view (and what a view) of the city. Then we’ll head to the historic district of Al Fahidi, take a ride on a traditional “Abra” boat to cruise Khor Dubai and visit the vibrant markets of Deira Gold Souk, Spice Souk and Perfume Souk. At the end of the tour (and the first purchases) transfer back to the hotel.

DAY 3 | DUBAI

After breakfast we leave by transfer to the palm tree where we will take the metro to have a different perspective of the Palm tree. We continue to the Madinat souk, a modern and very beautiful souk where you will have time to wander through its shops, restaurants and take some pictures with the famous Burj Al Arab behind. Free lunch. After lunch we head to the Burj Khalifa, today is the day to go up to the 125th floor of the tallest building in the world and surrender to the incredible views. Rest of the day free. The guided tour ends here, but you have a lot to do on your own in this area… Enjoy and discover the Dubai Mall, its aquarium and ice rink, the largest shopping center in the world… as well as being able to see the fountain show or dinner at Al Bahar souk overlooking the fountains. The return to the hotel is on your own, we advise you to take the metro through Dubai, it’s a fun experience that we think you should have, on the surface and between huge buildings.

DAY 4 | DUBAI – ABU DHABI – DUBAI

After breakfast at the hotel followed by private transfer to the beautiful city of Abu Dhabi (1:15h trip) to visit its amazing Mosque (This visit is only possible if there are no testing restrictions to enter the mosque, if morning will be changed to morning at Kite Beach – Dubai). The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is one of the largest mosques in the world and certainly one of the most beautiful. You will be able to explore the entire complex, enter its interior, learn more about its history and take lots of photos. Free lunch in Abu Dhabi. We return to Dubai. In the afternoon we have scheduled a private yacht tour for the group along the coast of Dubai so you can see its incredible skyline from a different perspective. There will be time for diving, taking pictures and dancing. We return to Mariana, rest of the night free.

DAY 5 | DUBAI – ARABIAN DESERT – DUBAI

For many this is the most awaited moment of the trip, the trip to the desert. After breakfast, morning at leisure, we go by jeep to the desert, but it is not just any jeep, they are old open box land rovers… We will walk through the dunes and go on a safari, where we hope to find some wild animals, then we will go learn about hawks, their hunting techniques and the importance they have for the country. We watch the sunset and head to the Bedouin camp where we will have dinner, sitting on the dunes, and watching some Emiratis attractions. After dinner transfer back to.

DAY 6 | ARABIAN DESERT – MALDIVES

Today is our last day in the UAE. We will have to check out of the hotel, but you will be able to enjoy the pool, take pictures in the sand or occupy the day as you wish. At the end of the night transfer to the airport. Flight to the Maldives, night on board.

Desert Sunrise in Hot Air Balloon: An unforgettable experience under the endless dunes of the Arabian desert. After the trip you will go by jeep to have breakfast at a campsite. It will be an unforgettable morning. Return to the hotel.

DAY 7 | 8 | 9 | 10 | MALDIVES

The flight will arrive early and we will continue by transfer (30 minutes by boat) to our dream island. Check-in and free day to enjoy this paradise called Maldives. Have fun… you are in one of the most beautiful places in the world! 3 free days to enjoy this paradise on earth.
On the last day, transfer to the airport in the late afternoon. Return flight at night. This is how our trip ends but the memorable days will last forever!

In order to make the trip more accessible to everyone, certain activities may not be included in the tour price. Anyone who wants to do any of these activities can book after booking and up to 2 months before the trip. Extra activities available on this trip:

Sunrise in a hot air balloon in the desert, with breakfast and jeep ride – 330€/per person (price must be confirmed near the date. This activity is not possible from April to October).

You can make a reservation for the trip at the end of this page. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the final payment is due 70 days before the tour. Please review our Cancellation Policy.

The 30% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. Payment is made on our website via Multibanco (Portuguese ATM system) using the entity and reference, which is valid for 24 hours.

International travelers can pay via bank transfer.

How do I know which flights and when should I buy them?
After the trip is confirmed by LEVA-ME, an email will be sent to all travelers with the recommended flights. Flights will always be recommended for those departing from Lisbon and Porto. Transfers are scheduled according to the time of arrival at the destination of these flights. Travelers can however choose to buy other flights that are somehow more advantageous to them, but if they do not coincide with the transfer times, they will have to travel at their own expense to the hotel/airport. If you’re departing from another city/country, we’ll help you recommend flights.

Does the group of travelers travel all together?
Most of the group yes, as they opt for the recommended flight. However, as we have travelers departing from various parts of the world, the group’s official meeting point is at the hotel in Dubai.

How do we all get together, as some go on other flights?
We will keep the details and flight times of all participants. There is only one transfer from Dubai airport to the hotel. If you travel on another plane and arrive at the same time or before the majority of the group, you can wait at the airport and we will all go together on that transfer. If you arrive later in Dubai, you will have to go to the hotel on your own, either by Taxi or Metro. When returning from the Maldives, there will be more than one transfer. Regardless of the time of your flight, you will be transferred to the airport.

What if the trip is canceled by LEVA-ME?
If LEVA-ME cancels the trip, we will give subscribers 3 options: Return of the money paid / Possibility to schedule for a new date / Possibility to use it in another destination or leave it in credit for future trips.
If the traveler cancels, the terms and conditions apply.

Why do trips have different prices depending on the dates?
Trips are made at different times. March is high season in Dubai and Maldives so the price is higher. Travelers who register on the July date should be aware that the summer months in Dubai are very hot, it is essential that they withstand temperatures above 40ºC. July is also the beginning of the rainy season in the Maldives, it is a hot and humid month with the possibility of moments of rain.

On July, the hotel in the desert that was supposed to sleep one night, is closed for works until 2023. That’s why the 5 nights are all in Dubai.

Is this trip for me?
This trip is for people who like to have fun and make friends, regardless of age. We are sure that if you come with a relaxed spirit you will have some unforgettable days. It is important that you understand that this is an adventure trip and therefore there are always unforeseen events. Traveling in Dubai and Maldives is very comfortable… But situations can happen such as: encounters with animals you don’t have at home, the internet is weak or doesn’t work, the air conditioning is broken, the shower water doesn’t come out with so much pressure and hot like your shower, the food isn’t as good as your mother’s, etc… but I’m glad everything is different, if it were the same it wouldn’t be worth leaving the house. Also, unfortunately we don’t promise good weather, sometimes it rains, the sea is rough, and it’s important to be aware that there may be changes to the itinerary, but what would a trip be without adventure?! If you invite a friend to come on the tour, it is essential that you let them know about this information, all we don’t want is a grumpy traveler who has been “dragged” by friends, this can spoil the fun and relaxed atmosphere of the group.

Any restrictions because of religion?
The Maldives and the United Arab Emirates, mainly Dubai, are heavily geared towards tourism, you can live a completely normal and unrestricted life, except drinking alcohol outside bars and hotels, as well as displays of exaggerated affection in public. It is also advisable to maintain respect for the locals and not walk around the city in extremely short clothes. On the beach you can wear a bikini normally. Visiting mosques requires both men and women to be properly dressed and women must cover their hair.

What kind of rooms will we stay in?
The LEVA-ME hotels on this trip are 5 stars (the hours of rest in Dubai before the flight will be in a 4 star hotel as the little time they will have to enjoy it does not justify it). We will stay in double rooms. If you are traveling alone, you will be sharing a room with another traveler of the same sex. If you are traveling as a couple or with a friend, you will have your own private room. It is possible that in some situations a triple room or sharing a double bed may be necessary.

In the Maldives the room will be on the beach, if you are two people and want to stay in an overwater bungalow it may be possible by paying a supplement of €400 per night per room. Value to be confirmed.

Exceptionally, it is possible that there are no rooms with separate beds and that you have to share them with your roommate.

What if I want a single room?
If there is availability in all hotels to add a room, we can do so. You will have to pay the single supplement. Please contact us to find out if it is possible and how much it costs.

When should I buy the flight?
You should only buy your flight after paying for the tour and confirming with LEVA-ME that your reservation is complete. It is also necessary that you receive confirmation of the trip from LEVA-ME.

When is the trip confirmed?
The trip is confirmed when the minimum number of participants is reached and when all the conditions for the trip are met. You will receive an email when the trip is confirmed so that you can purchase your flights from that moment.

Can I register alone?
Of course, most of our travelers travel alone. It’s a trip to meet new people and make friends.

Who will I share my trip with?
First of all, you will be with LEVA-ME’s travel leader throughout the entire trip. Then you’ll spend a week with other travelers, who like you have a common taste for travel, adventure, discovery… and who seek new emotions and unforgettable moments with this trip. The age range of our travelers is wide and goes from 20 to 70 years old, everyone is welcome if they come in a good mood. I assure you that the atmosphere is very fun and that you will end the trip with a new group of friends. Some already know each other from previous trips, now you will also be part of the groups.

And the extra activities?
Extra activities must be booked and paid for up to 2 months before the tour. They cannot be made or canceled after that date. The travel leader may not accompany the extra activities, but they will always have the person responsible for the activity who will pick you up at the hotel and bring you back. If you don’t want to do any extra activities, you have this free time to enjoy the hotel or go for a walk.

Travel insurance?
All travelers are required to have travel insurance for the days of the tour. You can take out this insurance that covers COVID issues with any insurer and you must send us the proof.

I don’t have a flight on the day the tour starts, can I go earlier?
Of course you can but you will be on your own until we meet at the hotel.

Is there an age requirement?
Be over 18 years old. Over 16s are welcome when accompanied by parents. The price is the same as an adult.

Do I need to bring some material?
No, just bring your clothes, comfortable sneakers, flip-flops and a bikini.

Will I have time just for myself?
Sure! We don’t like trips that have every minute scheduled. Our trip will be busy, but there will also be plenty of time to explore on your own!

Why are some meals not included?
That’s why, because we like to give you some time to be alone and enjoy every second in your own way. So part of the meals are free so you can go wherever you want. On average you should spend €220 on meals not included.

What about visas?
People with a Portuguese passport do not need a visa. It is given on arrival at the airport.

Health and Vaccines?
There is no mandatory vaccine.

dangers?
Dubai and the Maldives are among the safest countries for travelers. Anyway, take the usual care as in any other country.
